We are fundraising for Kenny ‘Bucky’ Monzon & his family. On 08/21/2021, flood waters consumed their home requiring escape to the rooftop of the house. While attempting to secure a safe path from the roof to the boat, the ladder and boat deck shifted and Bucky fell. He broke his back.
Bucky is more than our friend.
Meredith calls him "Uncle Bucky".
He supports us and so many others.
He rarely, if ever, asks for help but offers it to others like candy.

Bucky was best man in the wedding of Sgt. Daniel Baker and Lisa Schrock Baker. He currently serves with the Dickson County Sheriff's Office. He continues to be ever present and supportive to the Baker family, friends and the community.
On August 21, 2021, a flood destroyed their home. They escaped the waters by climbing on top of their house. Rescue boats were called to assist in getting them to safety. While securing a ladder and safe path for his family, the ladder shifted causing Bucky to fall and hit the boat. He was injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. He now suffers from injuries to his back that will require additional medical attention.
We want to help Bucky. Join us if you wish.
